Our associate company BreedTech Limited are vertically integrated indigenous poultry production enterprise involved in the production and marketing of eggs, chicken meat and chicken feeds situated in Trans Nzoia County, 20 kms from Kitale town. 1. Operations Manager:
Reporting to the Production Manager, will be responsible for production of quality chicken feed, eggs, day-old chicks and broilers. Will be in charge of Feed Mill Assistant, Hatchery Assistant, Growers’ Houses Assistant, Slaughter House Assistant and all employees in the department. Key qualifications for this job are degree in Veterinary Medicine or degree in Agriculture with Animal Production major or Higher Diploma in either discipline. A minimum of 3 years experience in at least one of the areas of responsibilities listed above.
Salary: Kes. 80,000/= per month plus benefits

2. Hatchery Assistant:
Responsible for managing the Hatchery with a capacity of 9,000 chicks a month. Will be in charge of planning and executing hatchery production procedures, supervision of employees within the hatchery and will work under the general supervision of the Operations Manager.
Requirements for this job are a degree in Veterinary Science or Agriculture with Animal Production Major. Experience in poultry production with hatchery management experience is essential.
Salary: Kes. 50,000/= per month plus benefits

3. Feed Mill Assistant:
Will be responsible for formulation and production of quality chicken feed for the project and for the market. Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager will be in charge of the Feed Mill and employees in the Mill.
Requirements for this position are a degree in Food Science or Veterinary Science with a major in poultry production. Experience in Poultry Feed Production is essential.
Salary: Kes. 50,000/= per month plus benefits

4. Slaughter House Assistant:
Will be responsible for processing of table chicken meat for the market. Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, will be in charge of all processes in the production of broiler meat and supervision of employees within the slaughter house.
Requirements for this position are a degree in Food Science or Agriculture with Animal Production major. Experience in Slaughter House is essential.

5. Growers’ Houses Assistant:
Responsible to the Operations Manager will be in charge of Growers Houses for production of quality birds ready for slaughter and production of eggs for the market.
Requirements for this position are a degree or a diploma in Veterinary Science or Agriculture, majoring in Animal Health. Experience in Poultry Farm Management is essential.
