Paelina has been in insurance Agency for more than three decades. When the insurance Act was enacted we were already in the insurance business. We understand our business well. Our Directors have both professional training and practical experience in insurance agency and management. Our growth has been with little publicity, slow, but steady and deliberate. We have been motivated by a desire to bequeath to this country an insurance agency service organization that is guided by professional ethics and uttermost integrity.

Since inception we have approached our work professionally, with integrity, and rendered our service with personal touch. Our motto:

“In Pursuit of Excellent Service” is an expression of our passion for excellence. We are therefore very sensitive to customer concerns and comments about what we do. Usually at each renewal we encourage our clients to give their views on how we can better serve them. We also keep abreast of developments and changes within Insurance Industry. Information gained is shared with our clients in form of improved service.

Every client is assigned a Sales Executive who will be the contact person. This person is the one who is also our customer service officer. He/she is expected to be in constant contact with the client. He/she is expected to deliver all information and concerns obtained from the client to the Operations Director and Principal Officer. The response is usually quick, given the nature of our service where a few hours delay can lead to a loss. Besides we are a medium size firm with a short chain of command. Our clients therefore have access to the senior members of the company. This ensures that decisions can be made and communicated expeditiously.
